shut down jobs for Major Turn Around at Saudi Chevron Phillips, Jubail. during Feb 2007 with 42 engineering days based
on the major columns modification works. This project is a part of the major
modification and debottlenecking of existing old Aromax
complex.

Barrup Fertilizers Pty Ltd . - Barrup Peninsula, Karratha,
WA
The Allwin Engineering performed Rigging and closure
of Ammonia Converter, performed Bolt tensioning and Torque requirement of the
project during construction of one of the biggest single train Ammonia plant in
Burrup Peninsula, Western Australia.
The Performance and professional work of PSS bagged
the long term Maintenance Contract from BFPL, which includes, General
Mechanical, Electrical Maintenance works, Scaffolding, Coating and insulation
works. This job is being carried out by another entity ATS AP Pty Ltd. -Owned
and Managed by the same Management.
The Allwin Engineering performed maintenance and
repair activity on an Emergency shutdown during April 2008, due to break down
for 4 days.
The Allwin Engineering has been awarded with Total
Turnaround Management for BFPL planned Major Shutdown and Allwin Engineering
completed the shut down during June 2008
The ATS WA Pty Ltd, has been awarded for managing the
emergency shutdown of the BFPL plant due the major broke down maintenance of
the Main air compressor of the Ammonia plant.
Construction of New
Desalination plant for Burrup Fertilizers, Dampier, WA 6713.
The New Desalination Plant will supply water to the
plant replacing the water supply from Water Corporation with a capacity of 1500
M3 each skid per day
capacity. The Desalination plant consists of 2 Nos skid mounted units, 3 nos of
Booster pumps, MCC, PLC control systems supplied by Entropie
SAS, France.
This is a brown field project, to have tie ins for
existing utility system & steam supplies & control interface with the
existing main control room.
BFPL
Shutdown Maintenance 2008 & On going Maintenance
works:
Burrup Fertilizers is one of the largest ammonia
plant in the world at Burrup Peninsula, Dampier, WA6713, Northwest of western
Australia. Allwin Engineering secured the major maintenance work during the
shutdown of the plant in 2008 and successfully completed.
During the planned maintenance work, Allwin
Engineering performed replacement of chemical dosing systems for Boiler feed
water, water treatment plants (replacing of acid & caustic storage tanks,
corroded piping & supports etc, )
The on going Maintenance
contract with BFPL started since 2005 & renewed for a further period of 5
years in 2008. This work involves regular day to day maintenance of the plant
as well as minor modification works in a brown field environment, to show the
capability of the company to execute the project in a running brown field environment.
Allwin Engineering Sdn Bhd has been awarded for the
construction of a Steel plant for Bensteel Sdn Bhd,
at Kertih, Terranganu
state, Malaysia.
Allwin Engineering Sdn Bhd has been awarded for the
construction of a BOPET, a down stream plastics & packaging manufacturing
unit for Benflex Sdn Bhd at Kertih, Terranganu state, Malaysia.
